Credits
Credits is a feature available in products, sub-products, and add-ons. A free-units feature node can be added to a product by clicking on the + Credits button.
| Concept | Description |
|---|---|
| Credits | Currency credits that a customer is entitled to in each billing cycle. |
| Entitlements | Services or products that your customers are entitled to. This includes credits that must be tracked across billing cycles using the concept of entitlements. There are two major types of entitlements: Quantity-based entitlement (measured in units) Credit-based entitlement (measured in currency) The credits feature helps with the tracking of credit-based entitlements. |
Note
The credits feature is available only at the level of products, sub-products, and add-ons. The credits feature is not available at the contract level.
